Where Is Your Treasure

Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21). Be careful where you plan to have your treasure stored, you will go in the direction it is. No matter how you live your life, make sure that you store your treasure somewhere safe. treasureIf your treasure is anywhere other than with God, someone else will find it and take it. There are thieves everywhere in this wicked system, but in God’s kingdom, there are no thieves, and no one will take what does not belong to them.

Your best option is to deposit your treasure with God; that way, when the times come to collect them, you will get them back with interest, and nothing will be missing, cloned or copied. In the world system, you add money to a pension, but what you deposit, is not what you get back. You put it in a safe in the bank, the robbers plot and steal it. They find ways to take for themselves a percentage of your deposit, and when you come to collect early, you don’t get a penny; when you die, a fraction is given back with difficulty. When you put your treasure in the hand of God, He gives you back one hundred fold, so what you started with is larger than what you get in return. Knowing how reliable God is; where are you  going to store yours? Use the wisdom God gave you and trust Him with everything that you have, and you will not be disappointed with the return when you come to collect it. Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal (Matthew 6:19-20). That’s the safest place to put your treasure; in heaven.
