Let God Handle It

The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth (Romans 1:18). You may be thinking that God is taking too long to answer your prayers, but not so. God is handling every situation as He sees fit. Our ways are not His ways, so naturally we may not fully understand why or how He does everything as He does. Our feeble flesh and blood bodies does not understand the majesty of God. He has appointed a day for every thing, and a season for it, and He is never late fulfilling His purposes, so let Him take care of it. God’s anger is not to be reckoned with, neither is His jealousy. If God is angry with someone, that one better repent, because God cannot tolerate evil. They may think because no one is looking, that God don’t know, but the ager of God is against it, He also allows time to repent before He strikes (Acts 17:30). He is a loving God, but don’t test Him!

What’s going on with the people in Europe? Was all this deaths necessary? It is as a result of war and wickedness that these people are fleeing for their lives and having no where safe to flee. It is as if they came from the fire and going into a boiling pot. Syrian BoyCertainly they have no idea what to do, and so many people are running for their lives; children are dying, some locked in lorries, others drowning and still they say they are sorting it out. We need to pray for our land. No one is seeking God for solution anymore, and this has ended in disaster, but God ask us to pray, so let us humble ourselves and pray for our land that God will send solution through His people. While they trying to sort it out by themselves, we as God’s people let us turn to Him to sort it all out. Pray for the people of Europe who has nowhere to go, and let us ask God to be with them as they flee for a safe place. God will handle it according to His will.

Angles with bowlsThen I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels: Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God (Revelation 16:1). God will pour His wrath on the people who destroys people and leave them to die without a reason. They make so many excuses, but God will reward them for the things they are doing. God will handle every one who think that He is not looking on their wickedness. His wrath is coming, and they will see it and weep! If they refuse to repent and return to God, He will handle them. It’s never a good thing to fall into the wrath of God. No one has escaped it, and when you experience the hunger, the terror, the bad news we hear today, God will deal with those responsible for it. Put your trust in God, and one day soon, He will handle every situation and bring everything under His rule, and an end to all that is evil. Don’t fear, or worry, God will handle it, He is in control.

And a part of the gospel message is to warn people about the wrath of God to come and of hell just as Jesus did. Jesus told people time and time again that unless they repent, hell is where they were headed. But then He made it clear that there is a way to escape judgment didn’t He? And that’s the good news of the gospel! Let’s share the whole gospel Lord willing, not just part of it. And in His way and in His time He will give you the right words and all to share what needs to be shared with each person He brings across your path for doing so. Maybe not all need to hear about wrath right away or even that much due to what they have been through in life, but maybe some do. God will show you who needs what from Him if you look to Him for witnessing properly to each individual His way so that it is God doing the witnessing through you. Thank you Father God for your great love and mercy and for the Holy Spirit that guides us as we let Jesus have His way in our lives and as we seek to walk as He walked. In Jesus’ precious name, amen.
