When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey His voice (Deuteronomy 4:30). Let the wickedness around you be a sign to you that you have very little time to return to God and be healed, be saved, and be transformed from darkness into His marvellous light. Do not let them make you so fearful that you loose hope. You belong to God, pick yourself up, remember who your God is, and run as fast as you can, to take shelter under the shadow of His wings and be safe. Do not be caught up too deep in fear, that you forget who’s power is driving you. Let the people of God stand their grounds, hold fast in the faith, be brave, and be strong because our redemption is very near; even at the doors. With such boldness, God’s strength and power; if you cannot walk, crawl; if you cannot run, walk; but by all means, keep moving, until the race is won and you will receive your reward.
Have you ever heard of any runner who gave up half way on the track, and given a winning prize? I haven’t! Run in such a way to obtain the prize, then you will realise that it was worth the training after all. What thanksgiving can we return to God for you, for all the joy that we feel for your sake before our God, as we pray most earnestly night and day that we may see you face to face and supply what is lacking in your faith (1 Thessalonians 3:9-10)? Look around you for weak members of the family, and lend a helping hand to them and help them when their faith seem lacking. Do not pass them by, if you cannot help them, find someone who can, and God will comment you for it. Return to God, and He will heal your backsliding. God bless you
